Dear Yu-Jin,

just one of the the last emails before our guest's departure for Prague...

As I will be unable to meet our guests directly at the airport I can confirm that the Diplomat Hotel taxi will come to the airport to bring them to the Hotel. They have all the relevant information for this procedure (including the photos). Cost of the taxi will be cover by the Czech Technical University. Taxi driver will be informed by the Hotel that NO MONEY will be given to him by our Korean guests. Therefore, there is no need to worry about any money exchange at the airport...
According to the most likely scenario for the next day morning I would come to the Diplomat Hotel to meet our guests and accompany them to the first event. Should I drop dead for some unexpected reasons there should be a small bus coming to the Diplomat Hotel around 9:00 to pick all our guests living in this Hotel for the first event (which starts at 10:00 at Betlemska Kaple). It would be nice if Prof. Lee could take with him his academic dress to put on in the dressing room at the place.
Even if the time will be rather very demanding for the CTU Rector (President) during these celebrations, steps are being taken for finding some room for a short meeting with our guests.
During that meeting the MOU between SNUT and CTU (already approved by both parties) would be offically signed by him and two identical originals would be handed over to our guests to be taken to Seoul for signing by the SNUT President.

This is my information at this very moment. Should you get some other info directly from Klara, please, take that info as more relevant (I would learn that in the meantime).

Yesterday night and this night we had some windy and rainy weather. It was fine during both days, though...

So far no snow and temperatures above zero...
